Features

Soot blower set 1 is a combination of Isartherm 6011/A and Rotatherm die-pressed graphite rings for high temperature steam service. The EagleBurgmann soot blower set is manufactured to suit each individual application. Therefore this packing set solution provides a seal during the movement of the lance into the flue to contain gases and solid particles.

Resistant in hot water and hot steam. Not suitable for strong acids or strong alkalis.

Notes

Provide a seal during the movement of the lance into the waste gas flue to contain gases and solid particles. Strip off the surface solids on the lance after operation in the cleaning cycle.

Soot blower set 2 is a combination of Araflon 6426 and Rotatherm die-pressed graphite rings for abrasive media. EagleBurgmann soot blower sets provide a seal during the movement of the lance into the flue to contain gases and solid particles. The soot blower set also supports the cleaning lance to reduce deflection (often a considerable load). The soot blower set also helps to strip off the surface solids on the lance after the operation in the cleaning cycle.
